Residential Availability

We operate on a first come first serve basis which starts by submitting an application on Zillow (please note the application fee is non-refundable). Upon approval we offer a lease to sign. In the meantime, we will continue to advertise the apartment until we receive a signed lease and security deposit. Security deposit is equal to one and a half month’s rent. On move-in day we collect the prorated first month’s rent.
